The word "whole" in itself, can mean any of the following:
I chose this word as the acronym for my life mindset because I aim to be W.H.O.L.E. in everything I set out to do. I personally do not see any other option. To me, I set out to do the best I can in any situation, no matter how mundane or great the task is. This focus brings energy to myself, my surroundings and to those I come in contact with. It then attracts even more like-minded people, situations and environments to me. A "circle of WHOLEness" develops, that helps me to recognize all the opportunity around, provides balance and shapes the life I want.
I strive to be this way in all situations
presented to me. A W.H.O.L.E. father, husband, teacher, coach, athlete, friend, etc.
Being "all-in", regardless of the moment,
equals the best possible outcome.
This foundation isn't perfect, but continued focus on these five pillars keeps me on track to be the Champion of my life. All-in, every moment, every event, every day. It's a mindset.
